dbaji Terms & Conditions

dbaji is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between dbaji and its users.

• dbaji will never ask for your password by email or message.

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at dbaji:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be cancelled.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

dbaji reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

dbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following rules apply to the use of these offers:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer.
• A bonus may only be claimed once. Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• dbaji reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is suspicion of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are for playing only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

The following rules apply to all types of games and betting activities at dbaji:

• Each game has its own rules and procedures. It is your responsibility to read the relevant game rules before playing.
• For sports betting, bets cannot be cancelled or changed after an event has started (except for live betting).
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, dbaji will make a ruling in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software or hardware errors is prohibited.
• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) also apply.

dbaji does not have the ability to alter game outcomes. All games are conducted under fair play principles.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbaji platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Exploiting faulty games or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Registering an account with a false identity or fake information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to dbaji's systems or networks.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

dbaji will bear no responsibility in the following matters:

• Issues caused by your own device or network.
• Financial losses resulting from your personal decisions or betting strategy.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.

In any situation, dbaji's total liability will be limited to the balance in your account.

dbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If identity or eligibility cannot be verified.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is observed on the account.
• If required to comply with applicable regulations.
• If you yourself request account closure.

If a valid balance exists before the account is closed, it will be returned through the designated process, except where closure is due to a breach of terms, in which case the balance may be forfeited.

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support.

dbaji reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, we will notify you at your registered email or via a notice on the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you have agreed to the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, please request to close your account.
